Firstly, I have already posted a thread regarding the "Silver" packs from Waterbear event and had zero official replies. It's kinda irritating.

Secondly, I am at 31 rank and the "Palace Rooftop" arena , specifically says "PVP Card Packs contain [..] ( 2 guaranteed rare ) " I opened 2 (TWO) packs today with 4 common and 1 rare card only.
So wtf, how come I read something and then open something different.

ANY ANSWER WOULD BE GREAT UBISOFT, ANY DAY NOW.
