Every time I log into the game I have to download assets and it takes a very long time. Sometimes up to 30 minutes! Most of the time I lose connection and I have to start over! My brother doesn’t have this problem! What can I do to fix this?

If you are on an Android device, please try clearing the app cache. If you're on iOS, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the game!

Uninstalling did not work for me. i'm playing the game on an iPhone 6S on the latest iOS version.

The game still has to download up to 500mb of assets every time i start the game...

This game literally destroyed my month's worth of data when i accidentally let it run off wifi.

I have the same issue with my iPhone 6s, did the same with uninstalling the application and it still does it. My Ipad has no issues, however.

Same here, using an iphone 6s on ios 11.2, downloading assets destroy my cellular data because its like 500mb everytime that I want to open the app

Hi Guys,
what I understood is if your device is running low on space apple (i guess) removes the 'asset' of SP: PD . That's what I understood so far. When I have free space of 2.0+ GB I'm not facing any problems like this, but when i'm below 1GB it clears the cache. Becasue of that we need to redownload the assest which is approx 600MB

Btw the new update ruined everything. Unable to play on my iPad (Buttons not working)
