    No internet connection error

    Well I'm stumped at this point. My main Google account is not allowing me to connect to the game at all. When I launch the game, it tells me I have no network connection. When using my work account or my son's account everything loads up just fine. I would start over but I've already spent $$ and don't want to lose my progress!

    I have cleared Google play/games/services caches, I have removed my main account from my phone and re-entered it, rolled back and reinstalled updates, checked date/time.... among other things. Now it seems the problem has also transferred to the actual Google play games app (so yep I made it worse).

    Tldr game says no connection ONLY when trying to log in from my main account. Tried the usual fixes for this sort of issue to no avail.

    Sorry you're experiencing difficulties! Have you tried logging in and out of your account on both Google Play and Google Play Games? If that doesn't solve the problem, please reach out to Ubisoft customer support for further assistance: http://support.ubi.com/.
