Last Friday the 10th i sent an email with evidence that i had made a purchase and for some reason i never got the ingame currency. After 5 days i got an email asking me to sign up to a ubisoft account and to provide proof of purchase again through this method, i did this. I have now been told that i have to log my complaint again through the game 11 days later, why was i not told this the first time i was replied to? Why was i told to sign up for a ubisoft account if i did not have to and why after 11 days have i still not got my money back or the in game currency?

This experience has spoiled my enjoyment of the game. I don't want to make purchases in case it happens again and as a result am missing out on some offers that are coming up in game.

I am very disappointed that a huge company such as Ubisoft can make me jump through hoops and give me the run around for the sake of £4.99
