Ok, so I just downloaded the app, opened it, pressed download the neccesary files, it downloads them, and says "No network connection". I have tried connecting to WiFi, using mobile data, reinstalling the app, but nothing works. Please help

(Btw I'm on Huawei Honor 8 Lite, using Android 7.0 and EMUI 5.0)

I'm having the same issue and Ubi don't give a crap about it... Well, they have enough happy players enjoying the game so who cares about 30 or 40 who can't play...

I'm also having this issue and I've never even played before. Great way to turn you off of a game....

Edit: I fixed mine by going into my Google Games settings and Turing on "Sign into games automatically".

I have the same issue since yesterday. I have tried to reinstalling the game and to set back the gameprogress but nothing worked...

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue! Could you all try logging in and out of your Google Play Games or Game Center accounts? Android users may also want to try clearing the cache for Google Play Games and Google Play. Glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing this, if there are fifty people posting about this issue then it's probably much more widespread since the majority of people will just write the game off without saying anything. I personally love South Park and would be spending $ right now if I could login. Devs y'all really need to get on this because you're likely losing large sums of money and we want to play damnit.

Same problem here. No connection with wifi nor 4g. Phone gestart doesn't help.
