This is great idea for solo players but from what i have seen 3/4 of the time i have been up against teams that are 2-3 man groups

    Mix them up, too!

Then just don't mix up the people who are in groups.

Only if they want that (which I highly doubt). I would say by default no. Of course you would want to play with your friends and the risk of having a troll in your team who is supporting the other for their victory might be higher than the possible benefit from dividing such groups.

The suggestion with vote to scramble is in general a good idea to go with. Or the general option to switch teams for the sole player. We also have often the situation that when one team consist only of 1-2 players and the other one 3, the one with 3 sometimes still gets the next player that joins the session which results in one full team against an pretty empty one. That is absolutely weird in terms of priority settings. Ubisoft should take a close look at that. It should always try to establish a balance in terms of player count on both team sides instead of filling up one team and leaving the other with 2 bots.

I'd go with a vote to scramble, but only applicable between people who aren't with each other in parties (solo players). I'm not sure how premade teams can keep the excitement when they split up on the next match, trying to co-op with randoms (who also most likely don't have a mic, are salty cheesy trolls, etc), or even imagine a premade team of rep50+ players splitting up, and have two rep50+ team up with a rep3 and a rep0, and the others teaming up with 2 bots... it kind of breaks the team's overall impact and impression. Especially that in 4v4, many players ragequit mid-session, which rarely happens with premade teams. And in Tribute, premade teams are a must, splitting them is sure to rob them of any and all excitement for that game mode.

Maybe a separate que for solo players with this would be good

If a game turned out to be very single sided, then a team mix up would be good.

Instaid of shufdle players after the match, how about FIND NEW MATCH? Its a no because there are some situations where you end up in a match with annunknown that you actually lime how he playes, or a group, and thats the beauty of the game. Dont like thenother team? Finish the match, leave, search other players...
