    Shuffle teams between games

I will not complain about the matchmaking in regards of opponents levels or the time it takes to find a match. This is suggestion on the problem with the teammaking.

Today if nobody leaves between two matches, the teams will stay exactly the same as last match. Also if two guys on my team leaves then the next match will be me and another guy vs a full team. I have played 5 matches in a row with the same teammates every match.

The problem with this is that if I am getting my *** handed to me then there is no reason to stay in the lobby after the match. I will just play against the same team again and most likely get owned again. It would be okay to keep the teams as they are if the previous match was very even, but often one team is completely dominating.

My suggestion is that between matches atleast one of the players on the winning team will switch to the other side. Or simply just shuffle every player and make random teams.

Of corse if you are a full 4 party then you sould play on the same team always, but I do not think that every team I play against or with are a in party.

What do you guys think about the fact that teams stay the same between matches?

Having been on the receiving end too, I can kind of see your point, but I would have to vote no.

When this happens on both sides and you get a good run or 3 or 4 matches, it's great. I get to actually know my team, know their style, no disconnects because of rage quit, very close games. Admittedly it doesn't happen as often as I'd like...

I vote yes for this. It makes for a better structure of a player. Mind you if you join a game with a party the party can't be moved. However I feel Ubisoft would mess this up.

    Of course I completely agree

I just had 3 games with a bot and 2 trash teammates and we lost every game despite my best efforts, topped every game, and thanks to who ever didn't put shuffle teams in the beginning, which every game has, people kept leaving my game which is EXTRA annoying because it pauses the game every time someone leaves. So after a few pauses and people leaving, the whole match BUGS and we can't do anything, permanently stuck in the synchronizing pause. I had no choice to leave ONLY to get a 10 min penalty. So yes, OF COURSE this needs to happen (balancing/shuffle teams after every match). How can you have a PvP TEAM GAME without BALANCING after every match.

I also vote yes. Most games have some kind of autobalance, and for good reason. Put a score difference cap on it, so it only shuffles if one team wins by like 500 points or something (in dominion), that way teams will stay the same if it is a good, close match.

I would actually prefer a "vote to scramble". On the first crushing defeat (like one team gets 1k and the other only has 300 by comparison, steamroll match), vote requires 5 votes. On the second, it requires 4 votes, and so on. AI slots will always vote yes (to balance the # of AI on both teams). I can really enjoy losing if it's a close game, tense, adrenaline, and can lose as a good sport in those cases. What I don't like are steamroll matches and don't always fully enjoy a match I'm winning if it's a steamroll.
OR, I would go with something like @General.Mike said. That being said, in that case one team could deliberately spoof the score by allowing the enemy to score just enough, but that's risky and also highly unlikely, almost to the point of being a non-issue.

Vote to scramble would be my way to do it. That way, only if the majority (see more than 4) wanted to switch, which means that at least one person on the winning side would have to agree, then the teams would scramble.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind it, because sometimes it'd be fun to scramble my pre-made teams and play against my friends in public matches from time-ti-time.

I vote yes as well. It's especially bad when you only ever get matched with the same few people despite "high activity" in that mode.
