I think so lag makes light very hard to react to the ds even the test run feels alot better

my Orochi's light-deflect (insert name) got gobbled up by both shaman / aramusha chain.

I was so happy when I deflected that Shaman..

..for about ~200MS. Then tears.

Hopefully that was a glitch or they had revenge or something I don't recall correctly, a deflect should stop their chains right? I deflected, went into light-deflect move, she starts a new light and hits me with that light attack before the deflect connects (interrupted me). Doesn't seem right..

From what I can tell of my own experience, its like Ara's lights create a stagger that will ignore reflex guard inputs (regardless of whether you try to block each direction per hit or just stay in topguard etc). Really I'm left up to the mercy of the Aramusha, hopefully he stops to do a heavy or heavy feint that inputs will read. I don't think I'm slow on my reactions, have no issue with other non-assasin heros

It's inarguably the reflex guard. I played as my Warden and BOOM, the Ara's **** gets stopped cold.

I don't care what evidence the naysayers provide, I tried both guards and saw the results.

It is a reflex guard issue. I got wrecked the other day by an Aramusha and recorded it. Watching it again it is clear I blocked up and you can see the block flash and it made the block sound but he continued with the side light then top again. I wasn't sure if it was registering with the lag or something so capturing the video was helpful to I was doing it right. With my Kensei I have no issues, top guard stops it every time.

this class is an assassin nightmare. Fix please and fix fast. I can't take one more fight vs this class.

Not again...

It does work. It's been proven over and over. You just need to practice and get better. Play against an Aramusha bot until you get the hang of it. Stopping his combo is difficult, not impossible.

I say give everyone reflex guard. Sure attacks will be sneakier but defense is harder.
