Waterbears capped at 493/500 | Forums

I've been grinding to get that cardpack and ever since I got 493 yesterday I can't get any more Waterbears. In lockers or card packs. 1 day left for the countdown it's disappointing.

This is also happening to me....I have been capped at 291. Thinking the drop rate just went down, I refreshed the PvP packs three times. No waterbears in lockers or packs; and that's with opening all lockers each time.

Ubisoft needs to fix this and compensate the players for the wasted resources. This is not a very good look for a game in its launch phase.

i have been stuck at 499 waterbears collected, they wont give me 1 more, i have won 5 packs(paid to refresh because of time restraints) since being stuck at 499 none have them in it. before i got to this point they were. its almost like the game thinks i already completed the quest and taken them out as rewards. i have won around 20-30 battles since being stuck at 499 and i spent alot of money to open all the lockers each time. no waterbears in the lockers. please fix this. on a side note i should be compensated my money ingame since i used it to get the quest complete but it is broken. thanks.

Just like everybody else. I am stuck at 482, I've been grinding PVP wins but they just stopped dropping. I've tried refreshing the PVP packs also to no avail; event clock says 7 hours but nothing has dropped today at all. Name is ChumpyMonster24225. Please, it's 04:16 and I just want the pack for which I've been playing all of today.

This is soooo wrong! Im trying to get 16 more water bears for like 3 hrs. I don't even know how much battles i have won and not a single water bear. I'm stuck at 484 and thats it. I hope they will do something for us who played for hours just to complete this quest.... Acc name dkuun

Same issue. Stuck at 488/500 and they’ve stopped dropping.

same here, stuck at 498 and it's very frustrating since you try long before googling about a bug.

Same here, about to unlock pack and water bears disappear. Beyond frustrating. If this doesn't resolve and I miss out on pack then it's the end of Phone Destroyer for me.
