That's a result of banning everyone and their mother. I've gotten banned and have done nothing wrong. I missed the damn water bear event and tons of free packs. Not taking this sitting down.

I have actually contacted support and they mentioned that they can't necessarily unban a profile. I have sunk so much F***ing time and money into the game that if this next support email doesn't get through I will take another kind of action. Not because I'm desperate for my money. But, because I gave them my most valuable asset, my time. I'm not going to take it in the *** becuase of their mistake.

I am envious that you get to experience a cleaner server because I have dealt with way too many energy hackers in this lifetime.
