    The Thing With GBs and Dodges

    I'm fine that a gb can get you out of a side dodge but I'm not fine with a gb that can get you out of a back dodge. A back dodge should always negate a gb and set the fight back to neutral. It would be a proper counter to those dumb 50/50s (which shouldn't be in the game anyways).

    Dude... those 50/50 are openers... hence the name... if it would have been 30/70 they would have named them "punishables"... as for the back dash, no.that would make warden for ex useless, and a few other i think to

    Warden is by far not useless without his 50/50. And other characters neither.

    50/50 openers would be great if every character had one... Warden is still only one of few who does.

    True shinobi had it and it was OP as people called out for its removal yet the warden kept his I feel gb should not be guaranteed off of a dodge from heroes that have deflect or I need to get better with my timing (probably that) but back doge and all dodges should not be a GGB many matches are won by nothing more than bait and assassin char to dodge so they GB but wait there's more zerk PK Keni this is not true they dodge not a GGB make it even across the board either dodge is or is not a GGB that is all I ask. and get rid of 50/50 on unblockables if a parry bam gb (oh wait you cant cause it's a melee move) if i dodge bam gb if i take it bam vortex unblockables should not have a faint to GB option zero char ZERO. I hate turtles I do but I find when I focus and really bait and mix up faints and things I win here and there but the reaction time of some players to CGB or parry is ungodly cheats mods hacks or just have no life outside their room what ever it may be I still have fun with a challenge. fix the defense meta make parry drain stam or something cause to just stand there get a hit or 2 then back to your shell is a pain in the ***

    if this were to be implemented the only way to punish backpedallers would be dash forward/sprint attacks which are too easy to counter.

    this is a horrible suggestion that would upset the foundation of the fighting system and the fact that you think this would be a good change in any way is indicative of a poor understanding of the games core concepts.

    I agree it would mess with the core but as for right now it is not even across the board thats more of what I'm asking for when zerk spins out with a dodge he can't be GB same for keni so why is this not true for others like rochi and shinobi I don't want to op mine at the expense of breaking the game I just ask either all or none not this one can and that one can't they want us to play the way the hero is designed if I'm not meant to block everything and use my dodge don't punish me for every dodge while I just get wailed on if I attempt the same tactic against another hero. that is my point balance thats what everyone calls for unless it's an exploit against a hero they dislike.

    At the same time though, a full 50/50 for warden is incredibly annoying when going up against wardens who ONLY do that, especially when they talk **** after like they think they're good. I applaud warden's who kill me without vortex, those are usually fun fights- that vortex is awful though.

    As well as for warden but i think every character exept highlander kensei and another 2 3 heroes that must have them as a part of combos, must have the unblockable attack take a huge chunk of stamina. As for wardens exemple he should only be able to do L L SB L L SB L L H. AS IN HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO ONLY 2 VORTEXES AND ITS AFTERWARDS COMBO UNTILL THey run out of stamina

    I can agree with this, as long as the guard break cancel costs stamina/costs extra stamina.
    If he gets to keep that 50/50, make him pay the cost for the power that brings.
