They just a need a forum spam bot checker and all the problem is solved... you know that kind stuff which game companies use it by 10-15 years already ?
But when your company has 10.000 useless employees you gotta give some the orders to manually delete spam, I guess.
I've implemented that system for dozens of websites, I'll happily do it for free just so I dont't have to look at that god aweful spam anymore. Seriously, it's a 1 man job of about 4 hours, there's no reason why this should still be an issue.
