Wait, hip fire is too difficult to face? Lol, do you know how easy it is to face people who run around spraying? Even if up close I can aim them down quickly because the few rapid seconds I get in aiming down is more deadly then taking the chance to laterally move and hip fire, wildly miss more bullets then you could with aiming down concentrated burst even when 5 meters away.
Trick is to change ads from up close to over the shoulder.
I only hip fire if truly caught by suprise and it's more then 1 opponent up close and you need to quickly move ways while firing, no time and opportunity to aim down.
Or just to fool around, when I'm facing noobish recruits who fire straight at you, and it's amusing to just step aside, run rings around them and they will never adjust, just keep firing straight while crouched like a depressed Greek statue.

Work on your potato aim and more importantly situational awareness, considering they need to get extremely close to hip fire to begin with (and hip fire is utterly useless in this game, I fear pistoling ninjas more then ****ty hip firing encounters) .
It's not worthless when you have over 100 rounds in a magazine.Originally Posted by Shaka_Zulu10 Go to original post
To actually be constructive, the problem with removing hip-fire is that the player is then forced to ADS every time before they are able to start firing. This causes issue, especially with weapon balance as weapons have different ADS times. I admit that there are some "unrealistic" aspects of hip-fire (ie. who changes between ADS & hip-fire whilst firing) however for gaming purposes we aren't forced to remain in ADS mode unlike a lot of older FPS games.
ppl need to stop going on about aim assist devs dont put AA in console games because they want to. Nor can just turn it off, well they could if they wanted to here how bad their game suxor, because it's impossible to aim much less hit an elephant in the butt with a snow shovel, because without aim assist that is how it would be. Controllers are not precise enoug to operate without aim assist. Thats why all console FPS etc, have AA, and it still functions when you turn it off to an extent. So ppl thinking their doing something turning it off, their not.
Years back MS ran an experiment with COD, where the best console players faced off vs the best PC players. Want to guess who won?, PC players, because mouse trumped contriller, that ended the idea of PC and console vs each other, in FPS games, at that time.
