Aramusha you can be patient and parry the lights he has to cancel to. If not he has the same weakness of zerk just block him. Block top is Safest at default
Shaman is better to be aggressive as in all likelihood she is going to played aggressively trying to break your defense. However if you can parry her lights you can shut her down. Or use a lb and shove to prevent her from doing don't follow up though as she can deflect the light. Beware of the soft feint into bleed. She's manageable if you watch out for all opportunities she has to bleed you. Stay away from walls her charge confirms a heavy.
