No Connection Error at Title Screen | Forums

My boyfriend talked me into downloading this game after watching him play for the past two days.

The game downloads assets, logs me into Google play, then Kenny pops up with no connection error. I've tried playing on Wi-Fi and on my 4G LTE network, and reinstalled multiple times but I cant get pass the title screen.

Is there something I can do to fix it?

My phone is an LG G6 on Verizon network in Hawaii. My phone is NOT rooted and I am using Android 7 OS and last patch was in July.

Il met impossible de jouer !

À chaque fois que j'allume le jeu, il me dit erreur de connexion, alors que je peut-être en "4G LTE" et en WiFi malgré différentes manipulation aucun changement, que faire et si il s'agit d'un bug, à quand une mise à jour qui règlera ce soucis, merci.
