The game gets stuck in hub i cant access pvp or history mode the game was good until this last update i never used hacking software :v ive been playing flr only a week and a half and got hooked anwas considering spending $$ but i cant even upgrade my cards or open free packs it has beeb two days your fb account is mute and i just asking for help

Still cheaters for a while now.

People who claim they haven't cheated being flagged for cheating.

People who have actually created accounts to test out if Trollbane works or not where they actually cheat often and have yet to get banned on those accounts.

So question this systems.

Also curious customer service phone number shut down.

Customer service live chat hasnt worked since I have tried and well within stated business hours.

Long waits on support tickets with generics replies that never address the actual questions we are asking.

So Steve I have a question is the the love for the players you speak of?

If this Trollsbane things is actually working how are there people that are actually testing out the system able to continually cheat with no ban.

Also for 1000 cheaters caught how are there so few posts here in this thread where people are not complaining about being wrongfully banned.

Usually when so many players get caught and banned there are a lot of replies in threads like these where:

1 People have been wrongfully banned
2 People that have actually cheated that are trying to get out of being banned.

I still run across cheaters its been too long the Trollsbane obviously does not work.

Please address the following:

1) Are there people that have actually gotten wrongfully flagged for cheating when they haven't. If there are how is this happening.

2) When and if someone is wrongfully banned and they are not allowed recourse how is this fair? At least with some companies hell even EA a case would get elevated to the proper people to further investigate whether someone has actually been cheating or not.

3) If the Trollbane is working how is it that people that have made dummy accounts to test out the effectiveness of trollbane to see if there is actually a system or not or if it is even effective how are these people able to continually use the energy cheat and not get caught if this system actually works or even exists?

So we have people that say they have not cheated, who may or may not have cheated not being allowed to take it further for investigation. In a case where some one is wrongfully accused this is criminal. Then we have the people that are actually cheating that continue to do so to test out this system of your that go without getting caught. Something is seriously wrong here.

Are you trying to complain about their customer service or are you trying to claim they made a mistake when they banned you?

If you are a cheater you were banned for all the right reasons and everyone else on this forum is happy to be rid of you... The fact that you paid them money (and bought other games from the same company in the past) before you got banned doesnt change that.

You do realize while some people that complain about being wrongfully banned for cheating, haven't actually cheated, right?

You also have those that have actually cheated that try to get out of being banned.

Ironically most people that have cheated and have been caught know that they cheated and know they will not be getting out of it, most of the smart ones would not waste time trying to get out of it thos there will be a few that are dumb enough to try.

Usually people that goes to the length of recourse that kylerenney have, could be inocent

The thing is and if you follow the Dialog if someone is that persistent it should be elevated to someone else for further investigation to see if the person has actually cheated or not.

False flags for bans have been a part of games for a long time and people who do fall into the category of actually not cheating and being wrongfully banned there needs to be a system in place for elevating these claims to see if they are warranted or not. To not allow a system of further investigations and fr people that actually get wrongfully banned this is criminal.

The other funny thing is they say they have a system but there are people that created separate accounts to test the trollbane using the energy cheat that is so easily available on the net. They were able to play continually on those accounts without getting banned.

There is a serious flaw to the system.

I just met a player spamming his whole deck within 4 seconds at the middle line. Whatever anti-cheat system this is, it is not working and it is killing the game. Unfortunately most people don't realize the extend of the problem by the time they put money into the game, trying to compete with players who are simply unbeatable. Sorry to say, but remaining silent about the extend of the problem (or even muting voices) might be a clever move in terms of making profit but it is in my view also extremely unethical.

Before Trollsbane, about 3 out of 10 opponents were obvious cheaters. After Trollsbane, 9 out of 10 are energy cheaters. Obviously, it did nothing.

Howdy Ubisoft Fearlessgren here.. Wondering why in the world you guys have NOT stopped energy exploits yet when your company has earned a great deal of cash. From my understanding Ubisoft is NOT an indie gaming company it is actualy fairly large... So why is it that our beloved South Park Phone Destroyer is in a bad state ? Money is coming through and as fans we are not seeing a return in what we give.. * Outside obvious packages and cards*. No disrespect ment but as a fan base I sure I am not alone when I say I have spent a great deal of money not just for the cards and coins but in hopes that the funds could somehow help the company create tools an security against these exploiters?

So it's been about 6 months since the original post and I'm still encountering hackers multiple times on a daily basis. I've played for about 5 days and have made about 30-40 reports and still encounter same players. You're game is a joke and I want my money back. You guys are obviously hired and trained on ability to lie and lack of morals. It's just sad to see human beings steal from each other on such a grand scale. Especially when all we want to do is be fans of the South Park franchise and enjoy THEIR games, not this piece of **** you guys made.

I know it may be old, but I have found this Reddit thread. Its serious this guy is openly freely explaining how to cheat hacking energy bar and even offering the download software and no one report it?
