I guess you ban people with root phones or jailbroken ones without knowing if they actually cheat..
I see people with ios 11 (which cannot be jailbroken) who got banned. But tell me how is it possible to cheat with ios 11 ?.. :/ (or they are lying..)

So i pre-registered... first of all the semed like alle pres get the card man bear pig but it was only the costum for the new kid... lets get to the ****ed up stuff right away ... the whole game is a bottle neck as soon you reach lvl 7-8 you nearly got no gold cards or waht so ever. But guess what you can grind buggy PvP all day long to get really ****ing mad and maybe start to cheat cos of this.

Getting forced to play unbalanced PvP and nearly no chance for leveling up cards when you achive higher player leves destroy the game ... thanks for nothing even i could have done that better and i'm unemployed and i have no idea about programming but i can top this BS.

And i still have 0 gold cards even at PvP rank 27 with lvl 9 ... just FU really nice gatcha **** game you made ... got get a job at Bandai they like to do the same BS

I was PvP rank 27 and now i'm losing on purpose to get my ****ing card pack and these **** bearthingys... if you got a problem with that please ban me so i never have to be angry or sad about this game again ... its not even nessercery to cheat... sometimes i summon a unit and the energy wont get less ... no wonder people get banned even if they did nothing ... fix your **** and shut the game down and bring it up when its done and really free to play and not if you want to finish the game you have to pay

Energy and poor connection exploits are still showing their ugly heads. I hope you guys are still hunting these guys down. This game is pretty cool and these ******s are ruining it.

This cheating is just ridiculous. Never have I been soooo frustrated at a game. I will be requesting a refund and Ive already began telling everyone I know to avoid this game like the plague. Its not worth the headache it has caused. I cant believe I spent money on this game.

I've been fighting people who's cards are all level 1, allowing them to pump out level 4 and higher cards fairly quick

Why has nobody apologized for this huge mistake of a game? Why has nobody said anything about the huge mistake of having energy regen being recorded client side without it being double checked by the server? It's like you want people to cheat. The only way to stay competetive in this game is to cheat. I just dont know what else to do.

So I guess this trollsbane software is the reason my account was banned however I DID NOT CHEAT! I don’t even know how if I wanted to. And from what I’m seeing in the community, it banned other legitimate accounts and has done very little to actually stop this cheating so fix your software and set this right. I have missed over a week of gameplay and events, free packs etc. all because of your mistake.

Are you trying to complain about their customer service or are you trying to claim they made a mistake when they banned you?

If you are a cheater you were banned for all the right reasons and everyone else on this forum is happy to be rid of you... The fact that you paid them money (and bought other games from the same company in the past) before you got banned doesnt change that.
