Hello,

Where do purchased items go? I purchased the $4.99 deal of the day, had a Program Stan, $200 cash, etc. There should have been a pack (silver I believe) with guaranteed rares and upgrades. How does this pack show up to open it? I see the increased cash in my inventory, but have yet to receive the pack, or its contents.

Anyone else experience this?

Same thing just happened to me. Ugh, last time I ever make a purchase in a freemium game.

Actually, it looks like I have some new cards, but I'm not sure exactly what I got.

I got the same problem. just receive 300 cash and stan/jimmy/craig card but not seen the silver pack after restart game

Did any of you find out how to see everything you got?

Although the card pack may not show the opening animation, the server automatically issues your rewards, so you are receiving your items! We are looking into this issue, but you are indeed still getting some items injected into your inventory. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused!
