Aramusha and Hl are great examples of how a class should be, with nerfed blocks and parries would be perfect, not that assassin cancer that spams Ub that deals half hp of damage, that even work as eagle talon stunlock on 4v4.

Turtle meta is a reality because blocks and parries are op.
