Hi.
I downloaded the game yesterday, it installed ok but in the title screen appears the message "NO NETWORK CONNECTION". I tried everything, turning WI-FI on and off, reinstalled the game, the Google Play Games app, turned on and off mobile data and nothing works.
My phone is a Moto Z Play and isn't rooted and never played the game before so couldn't be a ban.
There are many users with this same issue but Ubisoft is not answering anything about it.

I have the exact same problem, it logged into my googleplay account and then bamn connection error no network connection. I tried all my other games and they all work fine. So theres a problem with this one only. was planning on streaming the game and showing it off, I guess no dice then.

I had been playing was even on 3rd stage. Yesterday, it started saying you must log in with Google play games:Access through device settings. Well I'm good with with phone or electronics. I have a ROOTED Galaxy S7. Tried everything, ran a program that detects errors in code (meaning a ubisoft screw up/bug), got nothing. Also showed I had full 4g LTE. (Got unlimited data and it's quicker than my home internet). Now today it just says No Network Connection, yet I have other ubisoft apps and they work.

Fix the issue many are having. It's obvious you released an update or patch which had major flaws. If you can't roll back to previous version then bring in more devs to help.

To ppl who are experiencing this problem... This is what I'm going to try.... Search Google for SouthPark:Phone Destroyer apk. Make sure it's an earlier build than what is currently in play store/app store. I don't know if it will work but be sure to turn off auto update on apps and delete current version before installing the .apk file. Hope it works.
