My Game Keeps Crashing After Accessing the deck | Forums

Hello UBI

I have a problem with the game that is really annoying.

When i try to access to my deck, to change cards or power up them, the game frozes for a little bit and then crashes. I've downloaded the game several times, but this keeps happening. I have an iPhone running the latest version of iOS (11.1)

I really like the game, so i hope you can fix this issue or at least keep a look at it.

I'm seeing the same thing. Game keeps crashing when accessing the deck.

Hello, thank you for replying to my message. My IGN is PurpleUnicron (not a typo).
This doesn't happen all the time, but it happens from time to time.

For me, the easiest steps to repro seems to be: Load the game, Tap the phone icon at the top right hand corner, Select PvP. Once the PvP screen is loaded, tap the Deck icon on the top right hand corner.

Devices: iPhone X and iPad Pro.
OS: iOS 11.1.2.

I cant update my card in deck manager. Game crash. I crash too when i try to acces last page of my card. Its started this week end and game crash too on some loading. Arakiri911

I'm on android i got a samsung a5 2017
I tryed to shut down app then clear the cache and restart the device. Each time i try to update or switch a card my game crash .

My in game user is ForeverLolein. I've downloaded the game several times hoping that the crashes doesn't continues, but the bug is still happening.
