tbh, this was the first and only game i ever pee-ordered the gold edition. I did this because all previous ubisoft games always have something i want (a weapon, or skin, something) but doesn't come standard, so I finally caved and bought the gold edition with the expectation that I would have the entirety of the game and skins unlocked. Then I found out that on day one there was still more stuff hidden behind a paywall, I was livid. Then we got narco road which I'm sure I don't have to say but was terrible, fallen ghosts was more immersive but far to short and very buggy. Then I waited month's for PVP, now this piecemeal doling out of content at a snails pace (8 month's after release) is again pissing me off. Also there are still glaring bugs that need to be fixed, we now have people cheating all the time and all we hear is "just wait, more to come". I think I speak for a lot of people when I say we are done waiting, ubisoft needs to either commit to this game and fix it now or just let everyone know that they are done with it, it flopped and put it out of it's misery. Despite all of this I still like the game, but it could have been so much better if they actually thought things through, if they actually developed a new custom game instead of just making another ubisoft full but ultimately empty open world. It feels like a 3rd person far cry with friends. I don't get how they used so much from other games but never thought to include the climbing from assassins creed, imagine climbing the cliffs to infiltrate a base on top of the rocky wall, or boosting allies over fences or walls like chaos theroy.... you know what never mind, what this game could have been is irrelevant now.. I'm still curious how many prestige credits each class will cost, and if I even want to do it or re-unlock every class and perk over and over. Just thinking about makes me angry because the only reason to do it is to increase the grind so Ubisoft can sell more boosters. People talk about EA with the whole BF2 loot box bs but remember Ubisoft is trying to pull that **** off as well, the just don't have as insanely popular an IP like star wars and all these publishers are just alienating fans with pay2win garbage in FULL priced games.
Before anyone jumps on and defends this garbage, remember that their goal is to get your money any way possible not make a great game worth playing, if they lose 10 sales but hook a whale they don't care how what they do destroys games for the majority of players because that whale will buy all the micro-transaction garbage and easily cover the difference. These practices are preying on the gullible and impulsive, it's physiological manipulation, its just ****ing wrong.

How do you know if you are a season pass holder?
Whether I am or not, I am not buying anything to unlock anything. I purchased the dahm game on PC and PS4, thats enough. Ill be pretty pist off if I have to wait a week but what ever, not like Ubisoft will care, thats how they make money and will make money doing it because people pay for that stuff.
Which is why I have not purchased NBA2K18, the VC junk is redicoulous.
I just hope the game mode is not that conflict game mode. I will surely put the game to rest.
