I opened a pvp pack after reaching level 10. The pack is meant to have a guaranteed rare and 3 cards but only had 2 cards and no rare.

2nd pack and still does not match the description. No third card and no rare.

I am on my 10th + pack and still not getting items that match what is listed under Arena 10 "The School." We are supposed to get 1 Guaranteed rare, 110-140 PVP tickets and 42-50 coins. Sometimes I get 1 rare, but then don't get the right amount of coins or PVP tickets. It looks like I am getting tier 1 PVP prizes...from Arena "Stan's Backyard"

Unacceptable.

Has anyone seen any action on this issue?

I have a open support ticket on this issue but they have not been much help so far. If I get a fix I will post it here.

I have same issue and I have print screens to support this statement whenever I get over. Lvl 30 I should get 2 rares but that rarely happens it is worth solving since I’m buying money to refresh get pvp pack.
