I opened the pvp pack after my first battle and the game froze so I closed it. Now when I come back it says I need to open the pack and when I do I get a no connection error. I’ve tried on three different internet connections and my mobile data so I know it’s not a connection issue.

I’m playing on a iPhone 7, iOS 11 and I’m still having the same problem after the update.
