Please do something against leavers: teammates and enemies during interrogation

People that leave a game deserve more severe penalties in my opinion.

In ranked it makes all the difference if you're with 5 people or less and it's simply cheating if you leave during an interrogation (it doesn't even count as a death or kill!).

I played two matches today and this happened:
Leaving teammate because he can't handle dying
Leaving enemy because he's getting interrogated (you know it's on purpose because he returns as soon as possible)

Until they fix Caveira and scrap her interrogation altogether, or make it to where locations are only revealed to just her, people will do this. Her Luison+the interrogation is way too strong of a "gadget"

She should get one, or the other.

Uhm, whether she is too strong or not doesn't justify leaving and rejoining the game. That is a matter of balance. Using Caveira's interrogation is not an exploit like the Castle glitch against which all means are justified.

I agree it is about balance.

Her gadget is not balanced. I also agree that it's not an exploit, but she is the only operator that can change the game with one kill. That's not balanced. Luison OR Interrogation. Not both.

That's why people will do it.

    Literally Perma-death. Meh..it's a good trade.

But seriously, do you think leaving during an interrogation hurts the games 9 players any more than some other rage quitter? I don't mean the outcome of the match due to a key moment thing. Not really. Someone has to watch a black screen for a few minutes as they get dumped in an ongoing match.

Should there be special punishments for the Cav quitter because of the specialty of her gadgetness (can that be a word?)?

Myself, I think that ALL quitters should hit the High Priority List to fill any games that have fewer than 10 players. As soon as you get back to the home page you will be seeing a display representing your current status within the matchmaking pool. Please wait while we find you another match.

You could do a migration thing..where instead of 'quitting match' you just migrate to another ongoing match (and watch the black screen for a few). But..people would just shut down the game. Nah. Mark us for the next available ongoing match and you should see fewer people rolling the dice with the grass is greener mentality we see today.

Maybe.. some people just don't want to be a snitch. Ever think about that?

Perhaps Ubisoft should change it so if she is performing an Interogation while that player leaves, she still gets it.

Her gadget is awesome but saying its too much is not only an overstatement... its a joke.. Caveira is unused in pro-league. Why? People Drone more effectively and actually work together. Beating an average Caveira player is as simple as Droning her out and pushing her with a teammate. The only real reason too use her would be for her shotgun.. Because "Silent step" isn't silent. Seriously it isn't... not even close. But if you want a good shotgun you could just use Valkyrie instead because its basically the same thing and then you would also have the benefit of 3 more cams..

That's actually exactly what happens.. If she is in the middle of the interrogation animation it will "Interrogate" the "Hostage" regardless of gamemode.. its just placeholder text because that person left the game.

A player leaving when in downed state with a Caveira on the other team should result in a successful interrogation for Cav's team. And also play a Caveira voice line about cowards.

Actually it doesn't continue to interrogate anymore. It cancels the interrogation the second they leave.

I had an interrogation that counted when they left yesterday, it didn't give me the kill but the interrogation still went off.
