Is anyone from Ubisoft going to acknowledge the freezing at main menu issue?
They've responeded to someone in this tread to ask if reinstalling it fixes it (it dosen't) so they're aware of the issue but not bothered to look into it or try to sort it.
This is why no one wants to buy Ubisoft games any more, small wonder most of the PC player base has left.
Not to brag, but this update went smoothly on my Xbox. Every screen prompt after I logged in also went by very smoothly. And, I got my 5000 steel from the Warrior Training program to boot! No technical issues whatsoever with this latest update. And frankly, this has not been an issue whatsoever since this game's release in February; Only the usual matchmaking problem was the culprit.
If you are still having issues, you know the drill: go to technical support and submit a ticket. That is true for all games. And when you do, be polite and attach screenshots and videos to let them see what you see. And hopefully, your technical issue will be resolved soon enough.
Ever since this recent patch a lot of people including myself have had nothing but connection issues, nonstop lag while in match and just all around nothing but problems in game. I have done everything as to "fixes" for the lag and nothing works. Even lowered my settings down to the lowest will get over 200 frames in a match until it starts and than it instantly shoots down to five frames and does nothing but bounce around from there on. I know i'm not the only one with this problem and i personally think this needs to be resolved asap. It really sucks when you try to play ten matches in a row and get disconnected from all of them or even worse play through the lagginess and bs that is going on in the match to complete the match to get no credit for it once so ever. No orders get completed no exp received or anything. PLEASE push out a hot fix for this. That update broke something major in the game and it is now unplayable for a lot of people. It's terrible to be in a dominion match to have a 4v4 go down and on your end everyone freezes up and is standing there you are doing things in game but next thing you know it lags out again you're dead on the floor and the enemy team has all three zones captured just for the game to look for a host than everyone gets sent back to the title screen. Im pretty sure thats not how the game is intended to be played or perform. It would be amazing for this issue to be looked into but at this point i have lost all hope for, For Honor. This was never a problem in the past rarely ever had any lag in the game, wouldn't ever freeze up or anything and now the game is just dead. Haven't been in a single match since this update that hasn't lagged or just disconnected everyone.
