Hey Ubisoft, here's a quick lecture on how to optimize user experience:

When you do a server maintenance and expect it to take roughly 1 hour, write a note that says it will take 3 HOURS. People will just accept it and noone will moan about it. Then, when by some stroke of luck the servers are really back online in 2,5 hours, you can write a message that says: "hey, we worked extra hard and are already done with the update half an hour early, the servers are back online now! Enjoy!"
