I have been playing for days and spent 30 dollars to support the game. I got a legendary, Stan of many moons, from my card pack and was pretty far in the storyline. Please, Please, Please restore my account.

I was playing stage 48 and the game crashed. When I started the app again I was put into the opening tutorial. I tried restarting multiple times and even restarted my ipad. All my progress is lost. I completed the tutorial again just to see if afterwards my progress returned, but no I was back at the very beginning stage 1 level 1. I am glad I haven’t spent any money on this game. I’m using an iPad Air 2 IOS 11.1.1

same thing on my end... i am sure they will fix/reimburse everyone this has happened to. otherwise just call apple and they usually will give you the money back you spent right away, and if they tell you they have to open up a case and yadda yadda just hangup and call your debit or creditcard for instant refund. ive done this with two games that had the same thing happen to account, csr2 and some other crap game i forgot the name of already

Looks like it’s an iOS issue more than anything. Hopefully I can get my lvl 9 character rank 16 back or that’ll suck
