I woke up this morning to my account being reset as well. I've been playing since it came out too. Really pissed off right now that the past four days could have been for nothing.

ffs same happened to me 2 mins ago, seriously if i lost all progress i’m asking my €20 euros back for the packs i bought. Pvp rank 13, level 6. Single player lvl 9. Iphone 6s. God i’m pissed 😞

Reset progress and can’t reload or even complete tutorial! I am rank 20 in pvp, have spent money and am up to episode 5 in single player. please, fix this! Maybe they are just updating or something
