I just logged on and was met by the character build and following tutorial 😕 im logged on correctly to gamecenter, greeted by my nickname - so whats wrong?

I was level 10 pvp and level 6 character so thats pretty ****e 😕

How do i get my account restored?

I was pvp 30 and I was so scared when I logged on to see all of my data gone, hopefully they fix this and soon because I am not starting again
