Please ubisoft, I lost all my progress, I'm using Android and earlier I was able to play, after an hour when I play back the game it reset my whole progress and I have to start all over, I'm using the same play accounts...Please solve this issue asap

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue, Ben! This problem can occur if you accidentally log in with a different Google Play Games account. If you're logged in with the same account that you started the game on, please contact Ubisoft customer support directly for assistance with this issue.
