Use them in multiplayer the same way they do in call of duty and battlefield. players love to make emblems.Originally Posted by Steve64b Go to original post

Bit of an over-generalization, I could care less, probably not alone...Originally Posted by AW LOST SOLDIER Go to original post

The fact they are playing those games already shows they are wrong lol.Originally Posted by AW LOST SOLDIER Go to original post
But in all seriousness, emblems are fine for those games... but FC’s multiplayer has never been “that big a deal”, so creating custom emblems, clan tags, etc for a game mode most folks will play for maybe a month or two before turning into a handful of folks for the longer duration seems a waste of time and effort on the developers’ part.
I still don't know what emblems are used for. So far I'm guessing they show up on players' profiles, on each player's HUD and on the score-tally/status-screen of a map.
Or would players be able to customize their characters with them, sticking them on their uniforms, and using them as flags/spraypaint in-game?
They'd prefer to make an emblem than play a poor gameOriginally Posted by AW LOST SOLDIER Go to original post-- just kidding
Emblems Imo are just a useless gimmick, they're good for driving games, but I'd say unless they were visible in game (on an outfit) then they're pointless, if they were on clothing, then it would be okay for clans I guess.
However there are a lot of better things to make with the resources they'd use making that, such as giving us an improved editor/better flow in game, wider variety of game modes, etc
