Here's the video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AqBaQqGrYc8 . Essentially, I joined a round just after it started, and when I joined it ceased recording any stats for anybody. No objectives, takedowns, deaths, or renown was record for any person playing that round, aside from what is shown in the video.

In the top right hand corner of the video, you can briefly see the skull that appears when one of the teams is breaking. This video was taken at the end of the round and nobody had over 100 renown-- myself and one other person didn't have any renown or stats at all.

I uploaded this immediately after the round, I'm going to continue playing to see if the error repeats itself.

After playing several more rounds, the error did not repeat. I still feel like it's something that should be researched to be prevented in the future, but it doesn't appear to be consistent at this time.
