I have the latest system update and I'm unable to download the game. It says "Your device isn't compatible with this version"

Pixel devices were experiencing some crash issues on launch, in order to save users the headache until we can resolve it, we've temporarily made the device incompatible! Sorry for the inconvenience!

Did you do the same thing on the Galaxy S8+? I'm getting incompatible as well.
