i've been a loyal player since the closed beta, and for a long time out of my 4 friends who all used to play the game together i'm the only one who plays for honor semi regularly and dominion is my favorite game mode, its high intensity and need for teamwork is what i enjoy out of it, i feel like if the first team fight in skirmish losses, there is no coming back, the same cannot be said for dominion, usually. when season 3 started i had talked my friends into playing the game with me, finally, i could play with reliable people that i could talk to and are better than the for honor bots unlike most randoms i run into. but sentinel had come out. i liked the map at first when seeing the pictures of it but then i saw the dreaded turrets on both sides of the map and where i noticed a trend for the strat of the map, get point A, stay on the turrets and defend the people shooting from them, a strat i tend to avoid. im a seasoned for honor player and ive given and received my fair share of salt,but i cant stand this map, it feels like every time i search for a game i get this map, every time i back out of a lobby and find an old one and i get sentinel, i don't really have an issue all the time but when you have a premade group of 4 on the other team who just camp A and shoot you from the turrets so you cant leave C or kill minons on B then you get steam rolled the whole game, the reason i decided to write this is because i just got done playing a game where me and my friend lost with only 300 points, and when a person who doesn't play this game a lot loses by that much it just triggers them, im just frustrated because whenever i get my friends to play this game we always end up loading into this map and unless we all camp A with no regard of the outcome of the game and to just keep the other team from camping it, the game is no fun. i know you cant just get rid of a map and maybe you guys have no intention of getting rid of the turrets, but id at least like an option to not be matched into some maps or even one map from the main menu and do something to encourage more people from voting on maps in pre-game lobbies. i didn't intend to make this so long but its frustrating when my friends don't want to play or rage quit just because of how some players abuse this map.
