I'm curious about those 200 G-6/U3, the various production data i have in form of daily delivery reports and planned delivery show 30 or so G-6/U3 only. It's possible that some of them were refactored from existing G-6 airframe at repair depots but i haven't seen anything to confirm this.
Any first hand information would be welcome.

    Sure, here are some links:

    http://www.ww2.dk/oob/bestand/aufkl/b2nagr14.html

I counted the new builts only in the above links and the result is 116 (+/-2)

I counted for the links above (in order):

    16+
    17
    18
    10
    11
    7
    21
    15
    1

maybe this way it is easier to verify the results.

There were also 14 G-6/U3 in Stabs of those NAGrs. So around 130 G-6/U3 in total.
