I did restart the app after i should have received the silver pack because i thought it was an error with the server and hoped that might fix it, but i never received the gold or got any new cards.

So are you saying that despite getting an error message that said server error and the game restarting, the cards from the free silver pack is been trying to open are in my deck? Because you'd be wrong.

Unfortunately the same thing has happened to me. I tried to forget about it initially, but knowing that I'm missing out on some helpful things is bugging me. I hope this gets corrected because I can't fully enjoy this game with that nagging reminder that I've lost out on an advantage everyone else has received.

Glad to see I'm not the only one... definitely never got the cards, the game just froze after clicking on the green free button for the free silver pack, and nothing ever appeared...

I did not get the contents of the pack. Not even after restart or updating the app. I would have seen the difference in coins and/or epic card added to my inventory.

So is there going to happen anything regarding this or are we just unlucky because we started the game too soon, before they could fix all the bugs... because there was no closed beta or anything to test those things...
