I just started playing the game,and got to the point where you get the free silver premium pack. I clicked it,but didn't get it. It's now, just like with everyone else, priced.

Hello everyone!

When you attempt to open an event card pack, our server recognizes this, and automatically adds the cards to your inventory. Closing the application and reopening it should allow for this to be visually displayed. We're currently working on a fix for this issue, so it shouldn't be a problem for future events.

Although the free premium card pack from the tutorial does not show the opening animation, the contents are automatically awarded. However, these contents are not the exact same as the card pack in the regular shop, as this was modified in the last balance change round. We will look into this issue in the near future, but you are indeed still getting some items injected into your inventory!

In order to receive the ManBearPig outfit, you need to beat the tutorial. The tutorial ends after Episode 2, Stage 3! If you do not receive your ManBearPig outfit after clearing the tutorial, please send me a message with your in-game name.

I didn't get the cards gold or the upgradable items. Even after i restarted the game.

You say "pre- registration pack". I pre- registered so is the free silver pack I recieved at the beginning of the game the pre-registration pack or does that come for everyone and i just missed the pre-registration pack somwhere?

I had the same issue. Since this may be a common issue, I'm hoping this gets fixed quick.

I didn't get this pack either nor did I get ManBearPig

Same here. Even after restarting the game I never received my items. I'm pretty sure I would recognize 1500 coins!!!

Same here. The game told me I had a free pack because of the pre-registration but did not give me the pack after clicking the button...

I also never received the free silver premium pack. I closed and restarted the game and nothing. It would be very helpful to get those items.

Didn't get free silver pack even after restard, don't have gold or cards either
