wrong topic, this thread is about the first free Silver Premium Pack which many players did not recieve

When I clicked the "free" icon the game made a little refresh and then the icon turned into a priced one...

Ibdidnt get my silver pack or my manbearpig outfit. I pre registered the day it started so I am very upset. What can be done?? My Google account is Jebronihotpants

Apparently this has been fairly common. I have the same issue with the silver pack. I hope I'm not going to miss out on other free gifts like the manbearpig outfit(what the hell is the correct way to type Al Gore's nemesis anyways?) If this can be resolved I would greatly appreciate getting the silver pack of cards.
