when the update came out the new executions were out for about 15 minutes then it went into maintenance in this time i bought the valk execution and a couple others after maintenance i got on and it asked me to pick brightness and faction and emblem when i got into menu screen it said i had 0 reps 0 crates 0 steel but my emblem was still the same, i wanted to check if my stuff was gone so i went into heroes section and it just showed a loading screen next to 18 grey boxes where the heroes normally are so then i went into matchmaking and to be quick did duel vs a i but in the hero select scree it just showed the same grey boxes. overall i'm fairly certain this bug was caused because i bought the valk execution straight away and i can't play the game rn so i really need this to be fixed

i heard the execution is coming back december my best bet is the account bug will be fixed then but hopefully they'll do it sooner, until then you should just play on an alt
