    Still awaiting a response from Support

    Dear Support staff ,, Could someone please give me a response to case number 05373236 on the support side of Uplay ,, I''m slowly losing my patience for advice to my problem of "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION " when trying to start Ghost recon wildlands ..

    I reported this problem back on 06th Nov and all I'm seeing when going back to the case report is " we are working on your case"........

    I realise I'm not the only person playing wildlands but would hope that someone from Support would at least have responded ...

    So far after spending most of my free time either over last weekend or during the last few days ,searching through FAQ's either here on the forums or on the official website for the game or even over at windows website I'm at a loss as to how to rectify my problem ..

    Yes the files have been verified , 3 times
    Yes I've deleted the game and related files then reinstalled ,2 times
    Yes I've disk doctored and defragged HDD, 3 times
    Yes I've stopped all non essential background task's and programs , 3 times
    Yes I have checked port forwarding on router and firewalls
    Yes I've checked for updates to Windows and Graphic drivers ,Soundcard etc etc

    system specs :

    Intel I7-3960 @ 4.25 GHz
    32GB Ramm DDR 3 1333 MHz
    Asus Rampage IV MB Bios 4205 ( if remember correctly , lol)
    GTX 690 Nvidia ( NOT OC'd !!)
    1* SSD corsair
    1* HDD Samsung 1TB


    This problem has been going on since Fri 03 Nov 2017 any help ,advice would be most appreciated Thank you !

    Many thx Redbeard I have just checked on my ticket over at support and seen that instead of "we are working on your case " its now reading as " New" ,,,,,, BTW I am English lol just live and work in Germany for many years .....

    Still no response from anyone at Support,, slowly but surely losing interest,which is a shame I was loving this game .......

    Finally got the game working again but am not happy with the lack of support from support staff !!! Left the following message for them ,,I expect I'll get banned but wth , tried tobe diplomactic..

    I've finally got the game working ( no help from you all !!! )..After a week of waiting for some sort of an answer from someone at support I give up on you 's , maybe I'm being selfish as I have no idea how busy you all maybe or not ...

    Only person that has my Respect is UBI Red Beard , at least he answered my post on the forums..

    During this last week I've been scouring the forums at the official site for the game ,and tried alot of different ideas, been seeing that a few people with SLI have been having problems ,, so as a final idea ( one that is very frustrating when I think about the money I have invested in my system "2800 euro" back in 2012 !!)
    I decided to switch off one of my GPU's ( GTX 690 ) , one GPU setup for main game the other setup as PHYSICs only through Nvidia Control panel , tried and holy shoot it works ,, PLEASE tell me that I am wrong in thinking UBISOFT has switched off SLI or Crossfire support for this game... I cant believe that I was able to use My graphic card in normal SLI mode up untill that last update (before Fri 03 NOV 2017) ,I had upto that point played appx 80+ hours ,with very little problems !! This is rather upsetting if UBISOFT have switched off SLI or CROSSFIRE support,, believe I am trying to restrain from Ranting in any insulting way and form but I am NOT happy with how this or other peoples problems have been handled !! "

    For anyone else that may be having problems since the update before 03 NOV 2017 and are using SLI or Crossfire ,, I'd like to suggest you try the same procedure as I have setup ,, for NVIDIA goto NVIDIA control panel and setup one gpu as main game and one as PHYSIC's ( dedicated) this has got my game working again ,just had to lower me graph settings in game to compensate for lack of one GPU ,, Really is annoying when I think about I had played appx 80+ hrs ,and all of a sudden after an update I find out I've got to switch a GPU off.... This amkes the third game I enjoy playing that I have to switch off SLI for...........
