Since we have to find 21 of these around the whole map lets all pool our time and help each other find the locations of them all. Everyone who finds one and posts it here will receive a shout out and video comment on my YouTube Channel along with your information you want to give out. Will update my list as I find them, as I'm doing that right now.

Hey Sarge. I didn't find any new Skulls but I guess they're hidden in the most remarkable Place or Building of the 21 Provinces.

Btw, do you have a pic to provide how these pickable masks look like or placed like?

For example at the El Tio event, the interactive graves have special attributes with many lit candles and offerings.
