    Lost Money InGame

    Hi guys,

    (Sorry for my bad english, not my native langage)

    I make this post for report a bug. Its 1 day before the global launch but i hope you will find the time for fix it !

    Yesterday i bought 2 times "Dollars packs" for 10.99€ (2200 InGame Money). Before these purchases, my account was credited to "104 InGame Money".
    Then i bought the new "Fantasy pack" 3 times (1 time at 1000, 2 at 600 so 2200). And now i have lost something like 50 InGame Money because i just have 60 Ingame Money.
    Can you, please, check my game history ? I know 50 ingame money is not so much but if i lost money i will not be able to pay packs again, you can understand this..

    OK I GOT THIS BUG JUTS NOW & AGAIN !!!!!

    I was at 84 Money and just like that i down to 44 and i spend 0 !!! I SPEND NOTHING AND LOST MONEY !! WE TALK ABOUT REAL MONEY WHO DISAPPEAR LIKE THAT.
    I was not angry 1st time, because lots of bug, the global launch, but HERE LOST MONEY 2 TIMES IN 2 DAYS ! ARE YOU SERIOUS ?

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to see that you have ran into this issue multiple times. Are you able to create a support ticket on the game, through settings > Support > then sign in.

    Hi, no reply from the support, and i again have this "bug" today. But this time not loose so much (only 12 premium money and AGAIN i dont know why..), because i stop saving money and i spend when i have a little, like with the packs of the event, can't keep this money..

    From the start of the "bug", i'm loosing something like 180-200 premium money.
    In fact, that is the real problem - i can't save money or i take the risk it disappear without any reason...

    I have also have the ticket's registration number from the support if you need. I believe someone can doing something for fix this... Please
