You're better off spending on premium credits than you are on keys.

I agree, I wish you would stop pointing out the obvious. We all know it's gambling and Ubi/Massive are taking advantage.

As various community members have already pointed out, the keys that you buy with premium credits are no different than the ones you get from normal play. The purchasable keys are simply a way for a user to speed up the acquisition of the vanity items if they would want to do that. If you are currently mostly gaining dupes, you have likely gotten most of the available items in the cache and therefor the chances are fairly high for dupes when opening new caches.

We will be releasing more vanity items in the future that will be obtainable through the same means.

So to clarify, the message I'm getting is that buying keys (at this point) is a waste of money?

Perhaps, you could ask the Dev team to include a way to let players know what items are available in the caches and what items we have already collected?

Indeed any content you can get (in this case vanity items) from just playing the game does not need to have money spent..... if you are prepared to put in time in the game farming for what you need. I have pretty much every item (though its tough to tell what is available w/o an actual list published or indicated through the game interface! Would be nice to have all (and every) available items you can ever get listed in appearance section in grey and when you get them highlighted in a lighter colour such as the whatever it currently is for items you own. Each in their own sections; by dlc, premium, cypher, or standard game.

It all depends on how much time youre prepared to put in. Only spend money if you dont have the time or dont want to put in the effort. Especially as in this case you can get all the cypher cache vanity items just by playing the game. better off spending money on the premium clothing sets/skins/emotes that you cant get free in game.

Whoops, my fault. Didn't make my post clear enough.

Essentially I meant directly buying vanity items with premium credits than buying keys with premium credits.

Just because you are being closed minded, doesn't mean what is being said is wrong. It just means you can live with you being wrong.
Cause it is gambling. we all is anyone smart enough to know what gambling is, and pretty much what you said in the last line. If Ubi needed money, there are several other options of things they could have offered for sale that players would have bought. Instead they liked the gambling route and apparently so do you, seeing how angry you seem about your gambling issues and defensive responses.
