    Assassins are designed a lot (imo) because they in general are more "fun" and people tend to play more aggressive with them. That and for the most part they've been easy to balance.
    Hybrids (imo) are also designed a lot because they are designed at a very specific concept. Compared to other heros where the title can mean many things. hybrids have been the best designed heros imo.

    Heavies have not had any luck in terms of design. Goki was god tier until they nerfed demon ball to oblivion. Now he's basically trash. Conq is a black sheep. considered trash by most. Annoying by top tier players. But never "good." and warlord has been god tier since launch. Got nerfed hard once. Which only brought him down a tier before being rebuffed and going back up.

    Vanguards just exist. They don't feel bad. But they don't feel good enough. Warden has always been some what relevant but never won a tourney. Raider was slept on and while still has issues is finally being respected. And god tier kensei players are truly horrifying...however he's still considered a joke. Wether that's due to his kit or the current way the game plays is yet to be seen.

    To be fair hybrids have been all over the spectrum. vanguard heavy, heavy assassin, etc. I think once the devs have learned how to balance and make the base heavies good they will attempt making another one. And once vanguards as a whole feel a bit more defined and rewarding they might attempt another.

    Lastly if you're really still struggling against light/zone spam nothing the devs do save super slow the game down will help you.

    oh c'mon !!! don't say that...even in console they parry the light!!...the only lights hard to parry are Glad PK and top light of orochi....the problem isn't the assasin ...is the fact that the parry sys is for free punish , when they remove that they probably look to the fast lights to fix that speed, i don't know when...XD

    I was hoping for any new knight Character, not sure why we got two Romans. were they that out of idea's for knights, or does someone just have a hard-on for Romans?

    Wanna know the real reason why you see more assassins than anything else?

    Timesnap removal + Peer to Peer connection. Faster heroes get more of an advantage from both these. Do you really think those lights are coming out as fast as they are intended?....Not at all.... Nuff said.

    not only on console though , i can barely see pk zone attack and centurion heavy/light attack coming on pc even with 160hz monitor and game is running on x2 1080ti , still though those light/zone attacks barely showing , i wonder how it is like on console though , shame timesnap did more bad than good for the game health
