I have found a fix, and it requires no tweaking.

It's not even really a fix, BUT, it needs to be said: For Honor finishes its 17 GB download and then you start the game up, and you get the error...

BUT, you didn't actually finish downloading, For Honor ironically doesn't notify you when it starts downloading the rest of the live update, which you can find in the Notifications section of the PS4 Menu.

I REALLY HOPE THIS HELPED.
