"Aya: Blade of the Goddess" Crash mid cutscene, save corrupt

So wanted to report this game breaking bug:

I was fighting that one soldier boss up top the Pharos Tower, then opened the door for the next segment.
But mid cutscene, the game simply crashed.

Nothing bad, I hoped. I reloaded the save but now Aya's kinda stuck in front of the Pharos Gates, with no UI enabled, no movement possible, just shooting, fighting...
I tried to reset the quest to reload a earlier checkpoint but the problem still stays

I verified the game files (uplay), but also nothing.

    Help please

Good to know, I'm not the only one with this issue.
Yeah, simple mission restart would be nice to have.

    Yeah, it's located inside ".../Ubisoft Game Launcher/savegames/somecode/3539"
It really sucks that there's only one save, so if it's corrupted you are screwed

    Got the same Thing.

Can't do anything I'm now 40 hours in the game and I really don't want to lose anything. I collected everything I was able to so far.
    It's really depressing.

    I have the same issue.

Climbed up to light the Pharo, but when I tried to interact nothing happened. Now I'm stuck as Aya and can't do anything.

Maybe if we had the ability to abort or restart Aya missions we could recover our games. I've played 50 hours and I love this game, but now I'm stuck waiting for a fix.

    I'm on PS4 btw.
