Hi,
i'm have this error as well when trying to do PvP using WiFi (strong WiFi!).
But when i switch to mobile internet, i can (most of the time) start a PvP...
This started happening after my first, succesfull PvP.

Same here just got a new Xfinity modem and the connection is perfect until I get to pvp then it says it can't connect to matchmaking server or to the server it's self it's really a nuisance cause don't King butters ask you to play pvp to continue on the episode when I connect to xfinity's around town wifi pvp work but I have a constant battle with WiFi staying connected you guys got to fix. It's seem the problem is with strong wifi connections. I'm in the US territory

I have the same problem I can't play pvp even if I have a strong Wi-Fi this is little frustrating because I can't go to another level without winning some pvp fights.

I’m having the same problem! (iOS 11.1.1) Now I’m completely stuck because of the constant Matchmaking error whenever I attempt to play a PVP battle. Insanely frustrating!

I’m having the same problem in the United States as well. The game never connects to PVP over WIFI minus my very first match. Then after that it’s only cell network. I cannot even progress in the game due to not having an unlimited cell plan.

Tries to connect and I receive the same image of Kenny holding up a sign with WIFI and the exclamation point through it.

Please help

same problem here. me and my cousin are having this problem since we completed the first pvp match. and now we cant continue single player because butters is in our way
