Keep in mind that the support teams are working with many many people. So it really just depends on the situation. Queues can sometimes get backed up around new release time and we've just had multiple games out. Since it's been a week, I would say update your original case through the support site. There's always a chance something slipped through the cracks. Hopefully you'll hear back soon.
