There's no option available to remove the pattern on Orochi's left shoulder.

Yea, it isn't just that either, there are many odd choices that were made for character customization
You can't play as a completely bare character with no Patterns, Engravings or Symbols
You're forced to play as female or male for certain heroes
You can't change hair color
You can't change hair styles
You can't add/remove facial hair
You can change the skin color of heroes whose skin isn't even visible
Paint patterns appear too chipped to even make out on certain armor
Engravings are also hard to make out
Tattoos shouldn't even exist in their current state
Armor materials make absolutely miniscule changes to certain heroes
And to top it all off, there's no freaking leg armor!

I think the issue I posted is due to a bug because there's an option to remove the pattern for other characters. Another bug I do noticed for the Orochi is that the character's helm tends to distort every now and then during gameplay.
